MarketingTool is an AI-powered ad management platform that helps businesses create, manage, and optimize their advertising campaigns across multiple platforms including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and more. Our AI models handle creative generation, campaign analysis, and performance optimization.

Getting started is easy! Sign up for a free 7-day trial, connect your ad accounts (Google Ads, Meta, etc.), and start using our AI-powered tools to create and optimize your campaigns. Our onboarding guide walks you through each step.

MarketingTool supports Google Ads, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, X (Twitter) Ads, Pinterest Ads, and Snapchat Ads. We are continuously adding support for more platforms.

Yes! MarketingTool has a dedicated mobile app available on both the App Store (iOS) and Google Play (Android). The web app is optimized for desktop use at 1920px resolution for the best experience.

MarketingTool currently supports English as the primary interface language. Our AI can generate ad content in multiple languages including English, Spanish, French, German, Hindi, and more.

Technical

MarketingTool uses multiple AI models including Claude for creative writing, DALL-E 3 for image generation, and Gemini for research. Each model is specialized for its task to deliver the best results.

MarketingTool works on any modern web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge). For the best experience, we recommend using the latest version of Chrome on a desktop with 1920px resolution. No software installation is required.

Go to the Command Centre in your dashboard, click "Connect Ads Account", and follow the OAuth flow for your platform (Google, Meta, etc.). Your credentials are securely stored and never shared.

We use Claude Sonnet for creative writing and coding, Gemini 2.5 Flash for research, DALL-E 3 for image generation, and Qwen VL for vision analysis and OCR. Each model is chosen for its strengths in specific tasks.

If you experience connection issues, try refreshing your browser, clearing cache, or re-authenticating your ad accounts. If problems persist, contact our support team at help@marketingtool.pro.

Billing

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), debit cards, and support payments through Stripe. Enterprise customers can also pay via bank transfer.

We offer: Free Trial (7 days, $0), Starter ($29/mo or $199/yr), Professional ($59/mo or $499/yr), Growth ($99/mo or $999/yr), and Agency (custom pricing). Annual plans offer significant savings.

You can change your plan anytime from Account Settings > Billing. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades apply at the end of your current billing cycle. Prorated credits are applied automatically.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all paid plans. If you are not satisfied, contact support within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

All invoices and billing history are available in Account Settings > Billing. You can download PDF invoices for your records at any time.

Account

Click the "Forgot Password" link on the login page, enter your email address, and follow the secure password reset instructions sent to your inbox. The link expires after 24 hours.

Yes, you can update your email address from Account Settings > Profile. You will need to verify the new email address before the change takes effect.

To delete your account, go to Account Settings > Security > Delete Account. This action is permanent and will remove all your data, campaigns, and connected accounts. Please export any data you need before deletion.

Two-factor authentication can be enabled in Account Settings > Security. We support authenticator apps (Google Authenticator, Authy) and SMS verification for added security.

Yes! Professional and higher plans support team collaboration. You can invite team members from Account Settings > Team and assign roles with different permission levels.

Security

Your data is protected with enterprise-grade security. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). We use Row Level Security (RLS) on all database tables, and your ad platform credentials are stored with zero-trust architecture.

We implement multiple security layers: JWT-based authentication, server-side API key management (no secrets in browser), encrypted database connections, regular security audits, and OAuth 2.0 for ad platform connections.

We have a comprehensive incident response plan. In the unlikely event of a security incident, affected users will be notified within 72 hours. We conduct regular penetration testing and security audits to prevent incidents.

Yes, all data is encrypted both in transit using TLS 1.3 and at rest using AES-256 encryption. API keys and sensitive credentials are stored in Google Cloud Secret Manager, never in application code.

Yes, MarketingTool is fully compliant with GDPR, CCPA, and other relevant privacy regulations. You can request a full data export or deletion at any time from your account settings.

Yes! The Meta Audit tool analyzes your connected ad accounts and provides detailed reports on campaign health, budget efficiency, audience targeting, and actionable optimization recommendations.

MarketingTool includes a comprehensive catalogue of AI-powered marketing tools covering content creation, image generation, campaign optimization, audience research, competitor analysis, and more.

API

MarketingTool uses a secure backend API architecture. All AI processing happens server-side through our Windmill-powered backend. Direct public API access is planned for future releases.

All API keys are managed server-side with zero-trust architecture. Your ad platform tokens are stored securely and never exposed to the browser. The frontend only sends your authenticated JWT token.

MarketingTool uses Windmill for backend workflow orchestration, Google Cloud Run for scalable deployment, Cloud SQL for data storage, and Appwrite for authentication. All AI calls are routed through our secure AI Router.

Currently, MarketingTool integrates directly with major ad platforms via OAuth. Additional integrations with CRM tools, analytics platforms, and workflow automation tools are on our roadmap.

Webhook support for campaign alerts and performance notifications is currently in development. You will be able to receive real-time notifications for important campaign events.

Integrations

You can connect Google Ads, Meta Business (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, X (Twitter) Ads, Pinterest Ads, and Snapchat Ads. Each integration uses secure OAuth 2.0 authentication.

AI usage limits depend on your plan. The Free Trial includes limited AI credits. Starter, Professional, and Growth plans include increasing amounts of AI credits. Agency plans offer custom limits based on your needs.

Your data is processed securely through our AI Router on Google Cloud. We do not share your data with third parties or use it to train AI models. All AI processing happens in isolated, encrypted environments.
